Katie Weaver has called Central Massachusetts “home” for more than 15 years. After earning both her undergraduate degree and MBA from Assumption University, she planted deep roots in the community and built a life she loves with her family.

Katie has always had an eye for potential—she enjoys helping others envision how a house can be remodeled, redecorated, and reimagined into a home they love. When she’s not working with clients, she can be found in the Central MA area with her husband, three kids, and their dog. A frequent traveler, Katie is always on the lookout for the best local food spots and hidden gems wherever she goes.

With over 13 years of experience in outside sales, Katie is extremely familiar with the towns and neighborhoods throughout Central MA. Her work took her from Sturbridge down 495 to Milford and everywhere in between, giving her a unique perspective on the communities that make the area special. She knows that finding the perfect home also means finding the perfect community. Having lived in Worcester, Auburn, and now Sturbridge, she brings firsthand knowledge of the region’s diverse towns and what each has to offer. Licensed in MA and CT
