You don't have to go with Katie for your buyer's agent, but you would be crazy not to. She was so quick to respond. Had no problems covering the large area we were looking at. Set up showings and gave great advice. She found properties right on target for what we wanted. When we found the house we bought, the seller's and their agent were a bit like Lucy with the football, but Katie was a pit bull making sure everything that was agreed to was done on time and took the stress right out of the process. We would highly recommend her for your agent at either side of home purchase. She loves what she does, and it shows.
